Premium Rates::
Special Event Days: $380
Public Holidays: Holiday & Summer peak periods: $330 - $420 per night
November & April - $290 midweek per night (no multiple day discounts apply).
February & March (Inclusive) - $310 midweek per night (no multiple day discounts apply)
Additional Guests: For one or two extra guests in second bedroom add $25 to $50 per day. (children under 4 years sharing the main bedroom are free)

Accommodation available: One apartment-type to accommodate 2 - 4 people.
Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required with all bookings, unless booking within 14 days of arrival, then full payment is to be made on reservation.

Cancellation Policy: If more than 30 days notice is given, then rescheduling of booking is permitted. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival requires full payment, unless property can be rebooked. Deposits & Payments held for reservations are refundable only if 30 days notice is given. (Cancellations fees will apply)
